Hisaab Kitaab is a free, offline Android application designed for personal use. It provides tools for:

3. User Responsibilities

- You will use the App for lawful purposes only
- You will not use the App for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- You will not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content
4. Intellectual Property
- The Hisaab Kitaab app, its name, logo, design, and content are the intellectual property of the developer
- The name "Hisaab Kitaab" and associated branding are owned by the developer
- All blog content published on the Website is original and owned by the developer
- You may not reproduce, copy, or republish any content from the Website without written permission
5. App — Free to Use
- Hisaab Kitaab App is currently available free of charge
- We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in future versions
- Core features will remain free any paid features will be clearly communicated
- We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time
6. Data & Backup Responsibility
Since Hisaab Kitaab is a fully offline app:
- All your data is stored locally on your device only
- The developer has no access to your data
- In case of device loss, damage, factory reset, or app uninstallation, your data may be permanently lost if no backup was taken
- We strongly recommend using the Backup & Restore feature regularly
- The developer is not responsible for any data loss under any circumstances
7. Advertising
- The App may display advertisements via Google AdMob
- The Website may display advertisements via Google AdSense
- Ads are served by Google and are governed by Google's own Terms of Service
- We are not responsible for any third-party content shown in advertisements
8. Share with Friends Feature
- The App includes a "Share with Friends" feature that generates a Play Store link
- This feature uses standard Android sharing WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- We do not access your contact list or social media accounts
- Sharing is entirely initiated and controlled by you
9. Backup Files (.hkbak)
- Backup files created by the App are password-protected and encrypted
- You are responsible for safely storing your backup files and passwords
- The developer cannot recover lost backup passwords
- Do not share your backup files with untrusted parties as they contain your financial records
10. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to:
- Discontinue the App or Website at any time
- Release updates that change app functionality
- Remove the App from Google Play Store if required
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App or Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
